Kreab is a Swedish communication consultancy, the largest in the Nordic region. Kreab was founded as Kreativ Information AB by Jan-Erik Ander, Peje Emilsson and Peder Olin in Stockholm 1970. In February 2009, Kreab merged with international communications consultancy Gavin Anderson & Co,[1] under the name Kreab Gavin Anderson. The company has over 350 consultants,and approximately 700 clients.
Kreab Gavin Anderson is owned by two majority shareholders, Magnora AB, Omnicom/DAS and 75 partners who own approximately 23% in a dual shareholder structure. Magnora has a 53% stake in Kreab Gavin Anderson, while US media conglomerate Omnicom Group owns the remaining 47% of A shares.[2]
