Kourtesi (Greek: Κουρτέσι) is a village in Elis, Greece. It lies on the highway 9 connecting Patras and Pyrgos. Distance is 52 km SW of Patras. It lies in the southwestern part of the municipal unit of Vouprasia. Its nearest communities are Varda in the northeast, Kapeleto to the east, Areti in the west and Melissa in the north. The municipal district consists of the villages Kourtesi, Ano Kourtesi and Kotteika.

Ano Kourtesi is a small hamlet south of the local centre with about 260 inhabitants.
Kourtesi is a town of about 500 people. It is connected by rail to the north featuring a tiny train station. A church in the east, a school and a plateia. North of downtown is filled with communication towers built by OTE and directly further north is the Kotychi lagoon. The northern part is the plain.
Kato Kourtesi is another hamlet north of the communal centre. Houses runs sporadically and is bounded by a creek. Its nearby hamlet of Kourtesi is Zisomoulaiika in the southeast. It has a little forest.
There is also a small village named Kotteika which has a population of 43 in 2001.
