Konini is a suburb in the west of Auckland, New Zealand, under the local governance of the Waitakere City Council. According to the 2001 census, Konini has a population of 3522.

Konini is enclosed in lush bush at the western ends and tranquil suburban streets to the east. The Primary school is a prominent landmark, along with Konini Road itself; a long bending street that moves from the suburb of Glen Eden to the idyllic setting of the Waitakere Ranges and native rain forest. The local State secondary schools are Kelston Boys' High School and Kelston Girls' High School. Catholic students usually commute by train from New Lynn to Marist College for girls or St Peter's College for boys.

The immediate area has been informally dubbed "T-town" by resident youths. The "T" relates to both the luscious trees that enclose the locality and also the nearby suburb Titirangi with which Konini is associated by postal code. The large concrete water reservoir located on Konini Road is a popular leisure spot for youths.
