Konda Laxman Bapuji (born 27 September 1915) is an Indian freedom fighter who participated in the Telangana Rebellion.[1][2][3]
Konda Laxman Bapuji was born in Wankidi village, Adilabad district, Hyderabad State in Padmashali community.
Konda Laxman Bapuji participated in Quit India movement, 1952 Non mulki agitation and 1969 Telangana Agitation.[4] He was a minister and resigned in 1969 for Telangana cause.
He was a member of Telangana Sadhana Samithi.[5] He also started Nava Telangana Praja Party. He announced that "We solemnly declare statehood for Telangana on November 2, 2008."[6]
He is instrumental in forming Akhila Bharat padmashali sanga at Hyderabad which has membership from state bodies from all over India, wherever padmashali’s are there.
