The villagers' main occupation is farming and herding. The most known product of this village is the Kišava bean. They also rely on Milk as their main income. In the past couple of years the economy has been hurt, especially on this village. Expenses have been going up and income declinng.

The future of Kishava is not looking bright. Many are fleeing to other countries for better opportunities. Although Kishava has great mountains, it is a great place to camp and see the green land called "Demikapt". A land full of flowers.
