Kimberly "Kim" Greenwood (née Payne) is the executive director of the Miss Georgia USA, Miss Georgia Teen USA, Miss Mississippi USA, Miss Mississippi Teen USA, Miss Tennessee USA, and Miss Tennessee Teen USA pageants.[1] She also held the title of Miss Tennessee USA 1989.

She competed in the Miss USA 1989 pageant representing Tennessee. The finals were held on February 28, 1989 in Mobile, Alabama.
She married singer Lee Greenwood on April 11, 1992.[2] The couple have two sons who are 12 and 15-years-old.[3]
She has been the director of the Miss Tennessee USA and Miss Tennessee Teen USA pageants since 1992.[4] She later took over as director of Miss Georgia USA and Miss Georgia Teen USA. She has recently also taken over as director of the Miss Mississippi USA and Miss Mississippi Teen USA pageants, and is organizing her first pageant in this state to be held from November 4–6, 2010.[5] She has produced two Miss USA's: Miss USA 2000: Lynnette Cole of Tennessee and Miss USA 2007: Rachel Smith of Tennessee and two Miss Teen USA's: Miss Teen USA 1997: Shelly Moore of Tennessee and Miss Teen USA 2009: Stormi Henley of Tennessee.
