Kilshanny

Kilshanny is a village in the west of County Clare, in Ireland. It is located on the N67 national secondary road.

It is a small village with only a pub (Kilshanny House or colloquially called "the Shop") and a church. St Augustine is the patron Saint of the Parish. There is also a Primary School. There used to be a small shop ran by Mary and Kathleen Thynne but this has since closed. It is a very central location being approx 3-4 miles from the following town/villages: Ennistymon, Kilfenora, Lisdoonvarna, Doolin, Liscannor and Lahinch.
