Kihihi is a town in southwestern Uganda. It is the second-largest metropolitan area in Kanungu District, after Kanungu, where the district headquarters are located.

Kihihi is located approximately 88 kilometres (55 mi), by road, northwest of Kabale, the largest city in the sub-region.[1] It lies east of Ishasha, in Rukungiri District. The coordinates of the town are: 00 45 00S, 29 42 00E (Latitude:-0.7500; Longitude:29.7000).[2]
Kihihi is a small town in Kanungu District, approximately 7 kilometres (4.3 mi), east of the International border with the Democratic Republic of the Congo at Ishasha.[3] The town accommodates a large refugee camp administered by the United Nations High Commission for Refugees (UNHCR). It also has one bank (Stanbic Bank (Uganda) Limited), one ATM and several motels and lodges.[4]
