Khazar Ibrahim (Azerbaijani: Xəzər İbrahim, b. May 30, 1978 in Azerbaijan) is an adviser for Azerbaijan's ambassador to the United States.[1]
He graduated from the Baku State University, Azerbaijan, with an MA in International Relations, from Georgetown University, Washington, D.C., with an MA in Security Studies.
He is a career diplomat, serving as the Foreign Ministry's press secretary before a posting to the Azerbaijani Embassy in the United States and several political-military related positions in Azerbaijani Foreign Ministry.
