Sands received his degree in Doctor of Dental Sciences (DDS) from the University of Southern California (USC) School of Dentistry in 1999 and went on to gain further knowledge at the Las Vegas Institute (LVI) for Advanced Dental Studies for Advanced Anterior Aesthetic Dentistry. These prestigious schools have been the foundation of Dr. Sands’ career as an outstanding cosmetic dentist. He continues to expand his skills by consistently taking courses in the latest techniques and technology available.
Having been in private practice for more than 10 years, Dr. Sands is a member of various prominent dental associations, including: The American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry (AACD), the Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry (ACD), the American Dental Association (ADA), the California State Dental Association (CSDA), and the Beverly Hills Chamber of Commerce. In addition, he has been selected as one of the Top 10 Dentists in Beverly Hills by “Top 10 Beverly Hills.”
His skills and vast experience in cosmetic dentistry have led to many television appearances, such as E!’s “Dr. 90210”, TLC’s “10 Years Younger”, and Oxygen’s “Tori and Dean” series. Dr. Sands was married in 2005; he and his wife have two children.
