Kentucky Route 1435 is a north–south highway running through Warren and Butler counties in south-central Kentucky. It is known locally as Barren River Road.

KY 1435 starts at an intersection with U.S. 68/KY 80 on the western fringes of Bowling Green. Climbing in elevation soon after its beginning, the route continues for 4 miles (6.4 km) before coming to a junction with KY 2665. It then continues for another 3.5 miles (5.6 km) before coming to an intersection with Halls Chapel Rd. At this point, the route narrows considerably for the rest of its length in Warren County. The highway continues in a northeastern direction for 2 miles (3.2 km) before bridging the Barren River. The route continues on for .5 miles (0.80 km) before intersecting KY 626. KY 1435 then continues on for another 4 miles (6.4 km) before crossing into Butler County.
Upon entering Butler County, KY 1435 returns to its previous width. The route continues for 1 mile (1.6 km) before going under the William H. Natcher Parkway. KY 1435 then continues on for .5 miles (0.80 km) before reaching its northern terminus at a junction with U.S. 231.
