Henry Kent Mitchell II (born March 29, 1939) is an American coxswain, competition rower and Olympic champion.

He was born in Albany, New York.

Mitchell won a gold medal in coxed pairs at the 1964 Summer Olympics, as coxswain on the American boat.^[1]
