Kenny Miller (basketball)

Kenny Miller (Kenneth Allen Miller Tolbert) born December 27, 1967) is a former professional basketball player. Product of Chicago South–side played at Morgan Park High School. Miller a.k.a. The Big Mil because he was known for getting that big rebound in the perfect moment. He was the 1988 NCAA Division I men’s basketball season rebounding leader, the first freshman in the history of the NCAA[1] to do it. In 2001 he received his dual citizenship with Spain.

Miller played at Loyola University where he was First Team All-MCC (Midwest Collegiate Conference), MCC Newcomer of the Year honors, and 1988 NCAA Division I men’s basketball season rebounding leader.

Professional career

Miller has played in the CBA, GBA, NBA leagues and France (Paris Basket Racing), Italy (Banco di Sardegna), Turkey (Fenerbahçe, Galatasaray), Spain (Unicaja 9 season, Tenerife 1 season, UB La Palma 2 season) Greece (Olympiacos) In his off season he played in South –America in Puerto Rico (Carolina co champion of league) and Bayamon Leagues Champ. Venezuela (Toros) Santo Domingo, Ecuador and Chicago Summer league only where the best play.
