The Kenneth R. Fox Student Union, also known as Fox Hall, is a skyscraper in Lowell, Massachusetts. It is part of the University of Massachusetts Lowell. At 18 stories, it is the second tallest building in Lowell, behind Three River Place.[2] When it was built, it was known as the Lowell Technical Institute Dormitory. The building is also home to over 800 students.

The building is also the fifth tallest dorm in the University of Massachusetts system, as it is 4 stories shorter than the towers at the University of Massachusetts Amherst.
