Keaka-mahana (c. 1615–1665) was the 19th Aliʻi Aimoku of Hawaiʻi island 1635–1665. She ruled as sovereign Queen or Chiefess of the island from the royal complex at Holualoa Bay.
She was the eldest daughter of King Keakealani-kane, the 18th Aliʻi Aimoku of Hawaiʻi. She succeeded on the death of her father in 1635. She married her cousin Aliʻi Iwikauikaua, son of Aliʻi Makakaualii, by his wife Kapukamola. She died in 1665, and her daughter Keakealani-wahine succeed her.
