Kačulice is a village in the municipality of Čačak in the Moravica District of Serbia.
The village is approximately 15 km east of the city of Čačak, and has a population of less than 700.
In 2006, Serbian Minister of Infrastructures Velimir Ilic began construction of a cardiovascular clinic at building site on his own property. This drew criticism, as the clinic was built without approval or building licenses, and used government materials and machinery.
In 2007, journalist Vladimir Ilic went on site to take photos of buildings with permission from the minister, but was attacked by site security. After the incident, Minister Ilic stated that the journalist went there to rape his sheep and not to take photos. Journalist associations questioned the police and the public prosecutor about the incident, but no comment was given.
