Karkalou (Greek: Καρκαλού) is a settlement in the municipality of Dimitsana, Arcadia prefecture, Greece on the junctions of the GR-74 (Tripoli - Olympia - Pyrgos) and the road connecting Dimitsana and Megalopoli. In 2001 its population was 73. The Lousios River and its branches is near the village and its elevation is 980 m.
