Kangatarianism

Kangatarianism is the practice of following a diet which excludes all meat except kangaroo on environmental, ecological, health and humanitarian grounds[1]. Kangaroo meat is very simple and easy to cook. Meal ideas including roasts, fillets, casseroles and soups[2]. This diet is most common in Australia, where the kangaroo is indigenous, which provides environmental benefits due to the cut-down in international shipping costs, as well as the fact that it is easier to raise kangaroos than other animals, like cows, cutting down on environmental pressure from farming.
