Kakki is a town and union council of Bannu District in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa province of Pakistan.[1] It is located at 32°52'11N 70°40'12E and has an altitude of 308 metres (1013 feet).

Before the partition of united India, there were six tribes of local Banochi Afgahns (Pashtoons) which still reside in the town. These are Ambar, Twayeb, Jahan Shah Khel, Aman Khel, Pila Khel and Rustum. Two other tribes, Peer Khel and Baghbans also reside in the area together with these tribes. Residents of the area speak typical Banochi (Banosi) language. Most of them earn their livelihood from agricultural commodities.
