Kamewa Waterjets

Kamewa Karlstad Mekaniska Werkstads Aktiebolag (Eng. Karlstad Mechanical Works Ltd) founded in the city of Karlstad in the central of Sweden was a Swedish world famous company in its line of business, which was acquired by the British Vickers group in 1986. Acquiring Vickers in 1999[1] , Rolls-Royce plc now owns the Kamewa portfolio. The Swedish part of the business is now called Rolls-Royce AB and is situated in Kristinehamn.

The Kamewa waterjets are still traded by Rolls-Royce under that name and are offered in four versions,

Rolls-Royce also produces Kamewa and Kamewa Ulstein propellers.
