KVHC-LP is a low-power television station in Kerrville, Texas, broadcasting locally in analog on UHF channel 15 as an affiliate of Retro-TV (RTV). Founded March 1, 1995, the station is owned by HTV Corp. KVHC-TV produces local programming in addition to their affiliate programming The station also provides 20 hours of original news programing. During an election year the station has been known to host county and city forums/debates.
