KTXN-FM (98.7 FM) is a radio station licensed to serve Victoria, Texas, USA. The station is owned by Broadcast Equities Texas, Inc.
KTXN-FM broadcasts an adult hits format branded as "Jack FM".[1]
The station was assigned the KTXN-FM call sign by the Federal Communications Commission.[2]
In September 2008, Broadcast Equities Texas, Inc., reached an agreement to sell this station to GAP Broadcasting through their GAP Broadcasting Victoria License, LLC, subsidiary. The deal was approved by the FCC on November 25, 2008, and as of July 15, 2009 (2009 -07-15)[update] the transaction is pending consummation.[3]
