Programming includes politically conservative syndicated hosts Glenn Beck, Rush Limbaugh, Sean Hannity and Mark Levin. The station also features "All About Car Care" with Scotty Dee The Mutual Fund Show with Adam Bold and The Dave Ramsey Show, both of which cover financial and personal investing topics. Overnight programming includes Coast to Coast AM with George Noory.

KTOK is affiliated with Fox News Radio, and starting April, 2007, with KFOR-TV. KTOK had been affiliated with KOCO-TV and ABC News Radio for several years.
