KOMJ
KOMJ (1490 AM) is a radio station broadcasting an Adult Standards/MOR format.[1] Licensed to Omaha, Nebraska, USA, the station serves the Omaha area. The station is currently owned by Cochise Broadcasting LLC.[2] In the 1970s, the station was called KLNG ("Calling") and was Omaha's first news-talk station. Among the hosts were long-time Omaha World-Herald columnist Peter Citron. In the late 1970s, the calls changed to KYNN and adopted a country music format. KYNN later moved to the FM band at 94.1.
