KNMT is a digital religious television station in Portland, Oregon, broadcasting locally on digital channel 45 as an affiliate of TBN. Founded June 7, 1985, the station is owned by Trinity Broadcasting Network.

KNMT is carried on Comcast cable TV on channel 20 from Vancouver to Salem, and on several other cable systems in the area. The station's studio is located in Northeast Portland, Oregon, and its transmitter is located in the West Hills of Portland.

History

The station began operation on channel 24 on November 16, 1989 as Portland's first full-power, full-service religious broadcast station. The station primarily carries the satellite feed from TBN, but it also produces and airs local programming such as Northwest Praise the Lord (religious) and Northwest Focus (public affairs).

As of March 2006, Comcast Cable TV does not carry any of KNMT's digital multicast channels, pending the outcome of legislation regarding Digital must-carry rules for Cable TV.

This station's digital signal, like most other full-service TBN owned-and-operated stations, carries five different TBN-run networks.
