KKSY
WMT-FM (95.7 FM) is a 6,000 watt radio station serving Cedar Rapids, Iowa. The station is owned by Clear Channel Communications, and simulcasts the news/talk programming of WMT 600 AM.
History
The station officially signed on as KKSY on February 14, 2008 with a country music format.
Clear Channel began simulcasting KKSY's programming on WMT-FM (96.5 FM) on December 27, 2011.[1][2] The programming and call sign moved to 96.5 FM exclusively on January 2, 2012, and 95.7 FM began simulcasting the news/talk programming of sister station WMT, and will pick up the WMT-FM call sign.[3]
