On July 15, 2009 KFNS-FM changed their format from a simulcast of sports-formatted KFNS 590 AM to classic hits, branded as "Westplex 100.7". As of September 2009, KFNS-FM has changed formats once again. They are playing an adult hits format known as "Westplex 100.7-- Playing Whatever We Feel Like." On December 29, 2011 KFNS-FM changed formats once gain, this time to hot adult contemporary, also as "Westplex 100.7".

KFNS-FM was the radio home of the River City Rascals of the Frontier League of Independent Baseball during the seasons of 1999 through 2002, and again in 2006.
