On May 29th 2009, The US Bankruptcy Court in Salt Lake City, UT appointed a receiver to take over KENT AM. US Capital, Incorporated of Boulder CO. foreclosed on Legecy Media, the owners of KENT and several other stations. At this time the station remains silent pending liquidation of the company.
