KCSO-LD is a Telemundo affiliate licensed to Sacramento, California. It is owned by Sainte Partners II, L.P., former owner and founder of KUVS. KCSO-LD's transmitter is located near San Andreas, California, with studios in Modesto.

KCSO is carried by most local cable TV systems and Dish Network, but is not yet provided by DirecTV.

The station attempted a local news service ("Noticiero 33") following its launch. The half hour local news program had a small viewership and ended its broadcast after 5 years of service. KCSO carries all programming from the Telemundo network (located in Hialeah, FL), which is part of the NBC Universal family.

The station is currently broadcasting a digital signal on channel 3 with virtual subchannels of Telemundo on 33.1 and Me-TV on 33.2.[1]
