KBMV-FM (107.1 FM) is an American radio station broadcasting a sports talk radio format. Licensed to Birch Tree, Missouri, USA, the station is currently owned by Three Rivers Communications, LLC, pending consummation of a sale to Diamond Media, LLC.[1]

On August 1, 2011, Three Rivers Communications agreed to sell KBMV-FM and sister station KHOM (100.9 FM in Salem, Fulton County, Arkansas) to Diamond Media, LLC, for a reported combined sale price of $965,000. The FCC approved the deal on September 12, 2011, but as of October 6, 2011 (2011 -10-06) the transaction has yet to be formally consummated. While the sale is pending, Diamond Media is operating both stations as sports radio outlets under a local marketing agreement.[2]
