K-1 Beast 2004 in Shizuoka, also known as the Japan Grand Prix Final 2004, was a kickboxing event promoted by the K-1 organization. The event was held at the Shizuoka Ecopa Arena in Shizuoka, Japan on Saturday, June 26, 2004. It was an elimination tournament involving ten fighters (two being reservists) primarily based in Japan, with all bouts being fought under K-1 Rules (100 kg/156-220 lbs). It would also act as a qualifying tournament for the K-1 World Grand Prix 2004.

As well as tournament fights there was also an 'Opening Fight' and two 'Super Fights' fought under K-1 Rules with the pick of the bouts being Bob Sapp against Ray Sefo. The ten tournament contestants were almost all invitees, although one, Nobura Uchida, had qualified by the winning the K-1 VSN Cup 2004 Japan GP and another, K-1 legend Mike Bernardo, was a foreign invitee. In total there were sixteen fighters at the event, representing five countries.

The tournament winner was Hiromi Amada who won his first Japan Grand Prix by defeating Nobu Hayashi in the final by third round unanimous decision. As a result of his victory Hiromi Amada would qualify for the K-1 World Grand Prix 2004 Final Elimination. There was also a huge shock in the Quarter Finals - with Tatsufumi Tomihira defeating Mike Bernardo by first round knockout.
