Justin Smith is an American actor who is best known for his roles on the CBS daytime drama As The World Turns, the 2008 20th Century Fox hit Meet The Spartans and Lifetime networks Army Wives. He has appeared in numerous films since 2002 working alongside acting veterans like James Gandolfini, John Travolta, Al Lewis (Grandpa Munster), Alan Thicke and Kevin Sorbo. Justin is also trained in stunts and has performed them both on stage and television.
Justin began acting in Florida where he grew up. When he was just eleven years old he started in the theatre then fell in love with television and film when he worked on his first feature in 2002 called Night Terror. Night Terror, unfortunately, was screen legend Al Lewis' last film. Justin gained recognition overseas when in 2005 he starred in The Silent Fall. The Silent Fall, filmed in South Africa, is set in motion after the brutal murder of a South African doctor who is on the brink of discovering a break through generic AIDS drug and focuses on the many harsh realities of life in South Africa. In 2008 Justin completed work on a lead role in the indie feature, The Tenant, starring Bill Cobbs and Michael Berryman. Justin received national attention when he hosted on The WB and the nationally syndicated Daily Buzz for 3 years interviewing celebrities like Vin Diesel, Joan Cusack and Nicolas Cage. Justin continues to work today between Florida and California.
