Yuli Rachmawati, also known as Julia Perez or Jupe (born July 15, 1980 in Jakarta) is an Indonesian actress, dangdut singer, model and announcer and political candidate.[1] She has been dubbed "sex bomb" because of her sexy performances.[2][3][4]
Her career started in France. Her relationship with Damien Perez opened her opportunity as model in FHM and Maxim Magazine in France. Because of her performance in FHM and Maxim, Jupe was nominated as one of 100 most sexy girls.
In 2010, Ms. Perez announced her candidacy in a local office Pacitan, Indonesia.[1]
On October 11, 2011 East Jakarta Court has sentenced Julia Perez 3 months in 6 months probation period for violation to Dewi Persik when "Arwah Goyang Karawang" shooting.[5]
