Julia Blackburn
Julia Blackburn (born 1948) is a British author of both fiction and non-fiction. She is the daughter of poet Thomas Blackburn and artist Rosalie de Meric.[1] A "shield" between her parents, her father once apologised for hitting Blackburn when he intended to strike her mother,[2] she had a greater fear of de Meric.[3]
Julia Blackburn's bohemian upbringing is the subject of her memoir The Three of Us (2008).
