José Alcides Moreno Mora (born 10 September 1981 in Santander de Quilichao[1]) is a Colombian footballer.
In 2007, Independiente moved to acquire him for $900,000 from América de Cali.[2] "Pepe" also played for Dynamo Kyiv on loan from América de Cali. In January 2008, the Colombian striker Moreno joined Steaua Bucureşti on loan from the Argentinian side Independiente until the end of the season, with an option to buy for 1,400,000 euros.
After loans to América de Cali and Juan Aurich, Pepe returned again on loan to Steaua in the winter of 2010 for a half year. Steaua has the option to buy him at the end of the season.[3]
After comeback at Steaua, in first match with Romanian champions Unirea Urziceni, he had one assist with back for Pantelis Kapetanos, in minute 92. Steaua drawn away with Unirea, 2-2.
In 2006 Moreno Mora played three games for the Colombia national team.[4]
