Jonathan Estrada Campillo (born 27 January 1983 in Medellín, Antioquia) is a Colombian footballer who plays for Avaí Futebol Clube in Brazil, as a midfielder.

Club career

Estrada made his professional debuts aged 18, with Envigado Fútbol Club, being an automatic first-choice from an early age; his first match came on August 5, 2001, in a 4–1 win at Once Caldas, where he scored.

In January 2007, Estrada moved to Club Deportivo Los Millonarios, in Bogotá. In that year's South American Cup, he helped with two goals in 10 contests to an eventual last-four finish.

In June 2009, Estrada signed a one-year loan with Spain's Real Sociedad, which was then managed by former Millonarios boss Martín Lasarte.[1] During the season, as Real returned to La Liga after a three-year absence, he appeared in less than 1/3 of the matches, and subsequently returned to Millonarios.

On 7 January 2011, Estrada moved abroad again, signing for Avaí Futebol Clube in Brazil.[2]

International career

Estrada played with Colombia at U-17, U-20 and U-23 levels. In 2007, he was called to the full squad for the first time.
