Diversey, Inc., formerly JohnsonDiversey, Inc., is a Racine, Wisconsin, based manufacturer of cleaning and hygiene products[1], and global provider of commercial cleaning and hygiene solutions.[2] It was created by Johnson Wax Professional's acquisition of the DiverseyLever company in May, 2002.[3]

The company offers a range of business-to-business products and services to customers in over 160 countries worldwide. They employ about 11,000 persons and have estimated sales of $3.2 billion. It is one of the world's leaders in developing and marketing cleaning and hygiene solutions and services that are used in commercial, institutional and industrial facilities.[2] Customer sectors of the company include, "retail, food & beverage, food service, healthcare, lodging, building service contractors, commercial laundry, government, education, manufacturing, janitorial distributors and cash & carry".[4]

JohnsonDiversey, Inc. was renamed as Diversey, Inc. on March 1, 2010. It was acquired by Sealed Air in 2011.[5]
