John Schmersal is an American musician best known for being a founding member of indie rock band Enon and synthpunk group Brainiac.[1][2] He is also a touring member of Caribou.[3]
In 1998, Schmersal released his first solo album, under the name John Stuart Mill.
Schmersal sings additional vocals on the song 'Patty Lee' from Les Savy Fav's 2007 fourth full-length album Let's Stay Friends.
