John Barton (rugby league)
John Barton is a former professional rugby league footballer of the 1950s and '60s who at representative level has played for Great Britain, and at club level for Wigan, playing at Prop, i.e. number 8 or 10, during the era of contested scrums.
International honours
John Barton won caps for Great Britain while at Wigan in 1960 against France, and in 1961 against New Zealand.[1]
