Jeff Lawson (born on July 19, 1978) is an English professional mixed martial artist who competes in the featherweight division, having formerly competed as a lightweight. A professional MMA competitor since 2002, Lawson has mostly fought in England, as well as competing in The Ultimate Fighter: United States vs. United Kingdom. Lawson is also well known for owning multiple victories via armbar.

Lawson signed with the Ultimate Fighting Championship and was scheduled to make his debut against Shannon Gugerty at UFC 95.[1] However, Lawson instead participated in The Ultimate Fighter: United States vs. United Kingdom after Gugerty picked up an injury.[2]
In the first episode of the season, Lawson earned a spot in the house as he defeated James Bryan via armbar after 1:45 of the first round.[3]
Lawson then faced UFC veteran Jason Dent for a spot in the semi finals. Lawson had the better of the first round, but was eventually defeated via anaconda choke in the second round.
Outside of the UFC, Lawson lost via knockout before recording two submission victories.
Lawson made his Sengoku debut against Hatsu Hioki at Sengoku 14.[4] He lost the fight via submission.
