Cəbrayil (also spelt Cäbrayil, Jabrayil, Jebrayil, Jebrail, Jabrail, Jäbrayyl, Jebraiele, Djebrail, Dzhebrail, Džebrail), is a city currently administrated by ethnic Armenian forces from Nagorno-Karabakh. It was previoulsy the capital of the Jabrayil Rayon of Azerbaijan. The Council of Europe considers it an illegally occupied Armenian settlement.[1]
