Jean Medawar
Jean Shinglewood Medawar (née Taylor; July 2, 1913[1] - May 3, 2005) was a British author and a former chairman of the Family Planning Association, and wife of the British Nobelist Peter Brian Medawar.
Medawar was born in London, England, the daughter of Katherine Leslie (née Paton) and Charles Henry Shinglewood Taylor, a doctor.[1]
