Jawali, Maharashtra( Jaoli or Javali ) is small village located in Mahadeva Mountain range of Phaltan Tehsil of Satara district of Indian state of Maharashtra. Due to Holy god Mahadeva's place,the village also known as Siddhanathachi Jawali / Jaoli / Javli.

Jawali falls under the Phaltan Princely State and was the part of Old Maratha Empire under Royal Naik Nimbalkar[ Ruler of Phaltan ].
It is typical Indian Village But here The God Mahadeva's ancient temple is present. There are several devotees of this famous god,that used to come here on Yatra i.e. Fair of the God.
There are more than 40 Mankaris for the worship mainly from various castes in Maharashtra But Dominant Maratha 96K Clans having first rights but among them Bhoite,. Solar Clan of 96k Royal Maratha, has first right to worship god {in regional Marathi language Pahila Maan }
The chief source of transport is MSRTC Buses from Phaltan Depot runs regularly from morning to until odd 7:30 pm from Phaltan goes Via Jawali, Aandrood to Shikhar-Shinganapur { the place of Mahadeva, clan god of Maharashtra }
The main occupation of the villagers here is Agriculture and the biggest Market Centre is in Phaltan.
Maratha People :
Bhoite clan of 96 clans of Maratha dominated this place and they were the manor property holders of the village, though the surrounding places of this region were under dominions of Nimbalkar Kings.
People from all castes are present here including Maratha, Chambhar, Dhangar, Navabauddha. They live in this holy place with love and affection with mutual respect to each other's traditions.
Education facilities are no more greater here. Only Phaltan is nearest Education centre. However many of the students also travel to Baramati, Pune, Mumbai, and several other centers as per their choice.
