Jason Simon (musician)

Jason Simon is the guitarist, singer, and principle songwriter for the American rock band Dead Meadow.[1]

In 2010 Jason Simon released a self titled solo record on Tee Pee Records of primarily acoustic material.[2]

Jason Simon is the nephew of The Wire creator David Simon. Dead Meadow's music was used briefly in both the season four premiere "Boys of Summer and the season five episode React Quotes of The Wire.
