Janina Broniewska
Janina Broniewska née Kunig (born August 5, 1904 in Kalisz, died February 17, 1981 in Warsaw) was a Polish writer, author of many stories for kids and young adults, publicist and teacher. Between 1934 and 1937 she was the editor of the magazine Płomyk. Between 1944-1946 she edited "Polska Zbrojna" ("Armed Poland"). She was the first wife of Władysław Broniewski.
