A 6'3" (1.91 m) 205 pound (93 kg) left-handed point guard from St. Bonaventure University, Bremer signed as an undrafted free agent with the NBA's Boston Celtics in 2002, and in that season he was named to the NBA All-Rookie Team. He spent two seasons in the NBA with the Celtics (2002–03), the Cleveland Cavaliers (2003–04) and the Golden State Warriors (2003–04), averaging 6.5 points and 2.2 assists per game.
