Isaac Pupo (born on October 23, 1985 in Monrovia) is an Liberian footballer (midfielder) who currently plays for Swedish club Hammarby IF, and the Liberia national football team.
Pupo has played in the Azerbaijan Premier League with FK Karabakh, and was scouted by several Turkish clubs during his spell in Azerbaijan.[1]
In 2010, he signed for the Greece top flight club Panionios FC - but left the same after only one full season. Panionios financial problems was told to be the main reason for his exit.
In the summer of 2011, on the 28th of July, he signed for the Swedish club Hammarby IF. A team based in the capital Stockholm, playing in the second tier, Superettan. He signed a short term contract with the club, with an option of an additional three years.[2]
