Iorwerth Jones (born 3 April 1903 in Loughor — died 31 August 1983 in Penclawdd) was a Welsh rugby union and professional rugby league footballer of the 1920s who at representative level played rugby union (RU) for Wales, and at club level for Llanelli RFC, playing at Number Eight, and at club level played rugby league (RL) for Leeds.[1]

International Honours

Iorwerth Jones won caps for Wales (RU) while at Llanelli RFC in 1927 against Australia, and in 1928 against England, Scotland, Ireland, and France.[2] He was a great man and a great grandfather.
