Interair South Africa
Interair South Africa is an airline based in Johannesburg, South Africa. It operates scheduled passenger services from Johannesburg to regional destinations in Africa . Its main base is OR Tambo International Airport, Johannesburg.[1]
History
The airline was established in 1993 and started operations in 1994. It initially operated domestic services, but these have ceased. Regional services were started in April 1995. The airline is owned by D.Tokoph(Chairman and Chief Executive), J Attala, M Attala, P Attala and V Makhubele (Executive Director), and has 240 employees (at March 2011).[1] Former Executive Director V.Nathan now VP Asia Pacific Region.
Destinations
Interair South Africa operates services to the following international scheduled destinations (at January 2011): Ndola, Zambia; St Denis, Réunion Island; Antananarivo, Madagascar; Libreville, Gabon; Brazzaville, Republic of the Congo; Cotonou, Benin, Ougadougou, Burkina Faso, Bamako, Mali, N'djamena, Chad.
