In simple terms, Intelledox enables the production of documents in any volume such as contracts, tenders, insurance forms, customer correspondence and technical manuals. It also enables centralised control of branding and compliance issues.
Intelledox Enterprise is a document automation solution[14] built on Microsoft technology. Intelledox can be integrated into other line of business applications such as Sharepoint, TRIM[15], Documentum, FileNet and Objective.
By using Microsoft Word as the document designer, users have the ability to publish templates and centralise the automation and generation of documents[16] with no scripting (IT) requirements.
Intelledox provides a user-friendly, browser-based, front-end Wizard, which allows non-technical users to create any type of standards-compliant document[17].
Intelledox also is available in a “lite” SaaS (Software as a Service) version.
